Pardon International, in another release on Monday, has revealed police misuse to people from Tharu social order police with respect to the killings of eight security staff and a tyke in Tikapur, Kailali territory, on 24 August 2015. Taking after the event, police caught scores of villagers and blamed them for manslaughter, attempted crime and burglary. Two of the faulted are youths. The trial is pending under the watchful eye of the Kailali region court. The investigation report titled 'Nepal: Torture and Coerced Confession' claims police caught villagers subjectively, torment and constrained them to sign affirmations in regards to the killings of the eight security staff and a tyke.
